Classicopia continues its summer tradition of blockbuster programs featuring the Israeli-based husband and wife team of cellist Iris Jortner and violinist Ralph Allen along with Dartmouth’s own Marcia Cassidy on viola and Classicopia’s Artistic Director Daniel Weiser on piano. This summer’s program is called “THE POWER of FOUR” and will include two of the greatest piano quartets ever written—Robert Schumann’s sublime and lyrical Quartet in E flat as well as the powerful and passionate Quartet in C minor by Gabriel Faure.
